Food Grade Sacks

Manufactured in BRC accredited facilities these films meet UK/EU food contact requirements and are suitable for a wide variety of food ingredients including rice, pasta, cereals and ingredient powders.

Pet Food

With excellent print maintaining design integrity across SKUs laminated films are a popular option for dog, cat and other pet foods. With the added benefit of BRC accredited production where required.

Industrial

For chemicals and industrial materials requiring high barrier properties and chemical resistance alongside fine detail print.

Animal Feed

Feed additives and supplements can be packed quickly and efficiently on FFS lines with the same high print level and pack durability as traditional sacks.

Film Style

We offer single wound and tubular films as either single PE material or for more demanding applications duplex and triplex laminates. Fin seal and lap seal options for FFS lines cover multiple pack types.

Print Capability

Printed up to 10 colours in either flexographic or rotogravure print technology ideal for achieving high quality, vibrant print on plastic surfaces. With gloss and matt options available, pantone matching and quality control processes designed to ensure consistency in print across repeat production runs.

Extrusion

With extrusion up to 200mu, in PE, PP, PET and OPA combinations as determined by application our films cover a wide range of requirements. High clarity, matt and gloss surfaces, adjustable COF, puncture resistance and high barrier capabilities are some of the options available to ensure your packaging performs to its best.
